Home Improvement & Renovation Projects

Kitchen Remodel
This project consisted of adding new cabinets/counter-tops, as well as a new sink/faucet. I wrapped up this project by adding a back-splash, swapping out some appliances, and changing the cabinet color to a more neutral color.

Closet Makeover
This project consisted of building custom shelving for shoes, pants, dresses, etc. We decided to keep both original clothes racks and put them on the opposing wall.

Accent Wall
This Client wanted to add a moody accent wall to their living room. I used several sheets of smooth hardboard paneling to cover the uneven texture of the wall and then added decorative wainscoting and crown molding before finishing with paint.

Painting Cabinets
For this project, I lightly sanded the cabinets and then started painting with green cabinet paint. After that I attached new gold handles to the drawers and cabinets.

Bathroom Remodel
For this project, I used a small amount of decorative trim to separate the two wall colors, switched out the light fixtures, faucet, cabinet handles, mirror, and towel racks for something more modern. I also raised the vanity up about 2 inches to be more at waist level. Finally, I ended by painting the vanity a slightly different shade than the wall color.

New Flooring
For this project I had to prep by removing all the trim and vent covers and then remove the old plank flooring. I installed new LVP flooring that has a much higher mil layer which will result in far less scratching. Then all I had to do was put the trim and vent covers back into place.
