This client complained that her old staircase was "bouncy" and lacked risers. The old staircase's stringers were only supported by 2 vertical 2x4's in the middle. I decided to remove everything and start from scratch. Once everything was gone, I used the to pre-existing stringers and attached them to the studs in the opposing walls and an additional stringer down the middle of the staircase. From there, began attaching risers and runners to the stringers. Client mentioned that they were going to be painting them, so I finished by adding paintable caulk to any seams.

Multiple clients have requested additional storage for things in their homes/businesses. These storage shelves are highly useful in single car garages since there is not much space to store items and allow for parking.

This garage had no drywall on the ceiling or around the windows. This allowed for outside air and outside temperatures to flow more easily into the garage and throughout the home.

For this project I swept the floor several times and removed any dirt or debris on the floor before sealing the concrete with concrete paint.

This project consisted of replacing an old small vanity with a longer and more modern looking one. This allowed the client more counter space and room to storage bathroom amenities.

For this project I first had to add drywall then I hooked up the toilet and vanity, turned the water on and tested to make sure there were no leaks.
